What is DB-Slim?
DB-Slim is a restricted trading platform to Nifty and banknifty options trading. It provides various features to enable a trader act fast, manage risks, and use algo trading.
Which brokers are supported by platform?
Currently only ICICIDIRECT is supported, however by the time we launch our paid version , many other brokers will be onboarded.
Does the platform provide trading strategies?
No, DB-Slim is a technical platform and provide a trader capabilities to execute trades in various ways.
Are there free trials?
Currently the platform is on its beta and we offer free service to all traders. We are also providing first 50 clients a lifetime free account and next 50 clients 1 year free accounts post we introduce our paid service.
What is mechanism to get support?
Currently its free beta version and hence support is limited to email. More support options will be introduced in paid version
Are there any limitations to what can we do on this platform?
Currently, platform is built for one order cycle at a time. That means you can not place another order while an order is placed already until it exits. We are working on to being multiple order capability.
Can you recommend which broker to open a trading account?
No, we do not provide any service of the 'consulting' nature, its purely a technical trading platform.
Do you give any guarantee on returns?
Strongly Not. The trader is responsibilite for their trading strategies.
Are all the features available in virtual trading?
Yes, there is no difference of features in virtual vs real trading. Only difference with API based real trading is that the orders will be executed in broker side .
What happens if order doesnt go thru at broker side?
DB-slim checks the status of every order it places on broker API, in case of any error, it gives you a message that something went wrong. It is strongly suggested that you keep a session of your broker open so you can take control of orders in case of any technical difficulty.
